Scoring methodology — how this form is built
30 items in three sections. Section A uses forced choice (two statements) to reduce social-desirability bias. Section B samples everyday work situations. Section C is a situational-judgment block: six field exercises scored on how you act, not what you claim. By construction, every profile receives exactly 16 scoring opportunities across the 96 item slots — balance is designed in, not calibrated after the fact. Scores are reported as continuous profiles, never fixed types. This is an instrument for reflection and entertainment; it is not a validated psychometric assessment, and the Bureau would be the first to say so.
